Clearing Internet Explorer Cache Files

One of the most common problems experienced with the PaperVision site is when the Internet Explorer (IE) cache gets full.  This will cause errors in printing, viewing, or downloading cases from the web site.

To clear the IE cache files, click on the “Tools” selection in the file menu.  Under the “Tools” menu click on “Internet Options.”  This will bring up the Internet Options dialog window.

In the Internet Options dialog window click on the “Delete Files” button.  This will delete all of the temporary internet files that fill up the cache.

Click “OK” when the deletion confirmation box appears.  After the files are deleted (this may take a few minutes depending on how full the cache is) click “OK” in the Internet Options window to this dialog window.

Click “Yes” when the deletion confirmation box appears.  After the files are deleted (this may take a few minutes depending on how full the cache is) click "Close" in the Delete Browsing History window, then click “OK” in the Internet Options window to this dialog window.
